We request a full payment to reserve your spot.  
If we have agreed upon a payment plan, full Payment is due 30 days prior to the start of the retreat.  

>> If you need to cancel more than 30 days before the start of the retreat, there will be a $500 processing fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your card.

>> If you need to cancel within 30 days before the start of the retreat,  you will receive no refunds. However, if you find someone to replace you and fill your spot, of course we will gladly make that happen.

>> Because we take time to curate the group and arrange for the best room accommodations etc, the above cancellation policy is how we work.   We can not transfer payments to future retreats and we do not make exceptions.
